ENVISION ATHENS STRATEGIC PLAN
AWP provided the data, analysis, and stakeholder engagement through focus groups and listening sessions to design the Envision Athens Action Plan in partnership Executive Director and Board leadership. This plan will guide the work of Envision Athens over the next few years in convening partners to improve community wellbeing in the following areas: behavioral health, food security, workforce development, arts & culture, and housing.
